Pexalo designs and builds AI agent systems. You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic, may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs, and require human review and oversight. Any case studies, metrics, examples, or projected outcomes presented are illustrative only and are not promises, warranties, or guarantees of any particular result. Actual outcomes depend on your business, data, systems, and decisions, and may differ materially. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on or acting on them.

The Services, including all text, design, graphics, logos, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Pexalo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement.
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, models, and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts or omissions. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party’s own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pexalo disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Services or any AI output will be accurate, reliable, secure, or meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Pexalo, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pexalo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services and these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Pexalo for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100). These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pexalo and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your data or content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as necessary in connection with the Services. This clause is supplemented by any non-disclosure or services agreement between the parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
Pexalo will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, outages, third-party service failures, cyber-attacks, strikes, or changes in law.
